About CL Woodward LLC
CL Woodward stands for Charlie and Laura Woodward. Charlie grew up part of a general contracting company that specialized in building infrastructure, that moved through out the United States. Laura has the eye for business. Making everything flow behind the scenes.

CL Woodward LLC was formed in 2016. Operated by Charlie, Laura and their sons. Their son, Conner, started as a laborer in High School working his way up, to head up the Concrete division. Charlie III, left his heavy equipment operator position with a company in Southern Arizona, to head up the Excavation division. Their daughter Kaylee assists Laura in the office with payroll and billing.

As the company has grown, so has the family. Everyone at CL Woodward is family. From employees to our customers and contractors.

Charlie & Laura Woodward
Founding Members
Charlie started out working for his father's business at a young age. Later in life Charlie was a superintendent in Utah, Nevada and Arizona. Where he met Laura. They were married in 1997 and started their family. They had a dream to start a General Contracting business one day. In 2016 that dream became real. Their three children work for the company.

Family is very important to Charlie and Laura. They have regular family dinners with their children and grandchildren. Charlie and Laura are avid race car owners and drivers. Racing in Fort Mohave, Arizona. Charlie is also an avid fisherman.
Nick started out working concrete at 15 in Blanchardville, WI. He became a foreman for Hottman Construction at 21. Concrete runs in his blood. If there is concrete on the ground, nothing matters more. ​As project manager, Nick handles most of the bids and estimates for the company. Most likely, Nick will be your first line of contact.
​
Nick is OSHA 10, OSHA30, ACI Super Flat, and ACI Add Mixes Certified. He has also taught decorative concrete classes nationwide. Nick holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management, with a minor in Finance.
​
Having his own general contracting business for 18 years in Wisconsin, he brings an outside viewpoint to the company. Nick may not be related but he is family here. Nick and his wife moved to Kingman in 2020. Nick enjoys hiking, hunting, fishing and shooting his black powder.
Conner grew up with concrete running thru his veins. Watching his father and grandfather. He started out as a general laborer and worked his way to a finisher. Soon there after becoming head finisher. Having an eye for finishing. Connor now manages the concrete division.

Conner enjoys spending time with his children, driving his race car and is an avid fisherman. Participating in bass tournaments nationwide.
​Charlie brings nine years total experience to the company. Charlie started out working in Phoenix, away from the family business. Working away from the family give him an outside viewpoint and gave him many experiences. A true operator. From operating a skid loader to an excavator to a blade, he can operate them all.
​
Charlie is OSHA 30 Certified, Competent Person Certified, and an 811 Professional Excavator.

In his off time Charlie is a true family man. Spending time with his wife and children. He is also an avid fisherman. Competing in bass tournaments nationwide.
