An establishment is only as good as the foundation it is built on.

As a general contractor we provide a bid up front mapping out the material, labor and equipment needed for the job. Upon acceptance of the bid we would be responsible for providing all of the material, labor, equipment and services necessary for the construction of the project.

 

As a general contractor we hire specialized subcontractors to perform all or portions of the project. When using subcontractors, our responsibility is to oversee the quality of all work performed by any and all of the workers and subcontractors.

It is our best practice as a general contractor to prioritize safety on the job site, and  ensure that work takes place following safe practices.

As a general contractor our responsibilities may include applying for building permits, advising our customers, securing the property, providing temporary utilities on site, managing personnel on site, providing site surveying and engineering, disposing or recycling of construction waste, monitoring schedules and cash flows, and maintaining accurate records.
